Authorises the operation of facilities intended for the temporary storage of goods awaiting a customs procedure.

What to plan for: a guarantee and the keeping of records.

How long temporary storage lasts

Non-Union goods may be stored for 90 days at most, pending another customs destination being assigned to them.

What you must supply

  • Annex TST application
  • A4 plan: name of the warehouse, address, date, stamp and signature, showing the location of types B and C
  • Lease or mandate agreement, where applicable
  • Calculation of the debts where a comprehensive guarantee is used: CN code, value, quantity, type of duty, excise rates, average discharge period

Documents required in every case

  • Criminal record extract less than one month old — the applicant, the person responsible for or exercising control over the management, and the employee responsible for customs matters. (Natural person: from the municipal administration. Company: from the SPF Justice — the Belgian federal justice department — Central Criminal Records, together with the extract from the Moniteur belge recording the appointment.)
  • Waived if you are an AEO.
