Authorises the use of the operator's own seals, meeting the prescribed characteristics.

Conditions

  • Being an authorised consignor for Union transit
  • Not benefiting from a waiver of sealing
  • The seals must meet precise characteristics and technical specifications
  • Compliance with ISO 17712:2013 is recommended

What you must supply

  • A clear photograph of the seal or seals, showing the unique numbering and the company name or its abbreviation, logo or EORI number
  • The ISO 17712:2013 certificate, where the supplier can provide it
  • Annex Additional information SSE

Documents required in every case

  • Criminal record extract less than one month old — the applicant, the person responsible for or exercising control over the management, and the employee responsible for customs matters. (Natural person: from the municipal administration. Company: from the SPF Justice — the Belgian federal justice department — Central Criminal Records, together with the extract from the Moniteur belge recording the appointment.)
  • Waived if you are an AEO.
