The equivalent of the authorised consignee, for goods moving under a TIR carnet.

What the authorisation allows

Receiving the goods on your own premises without presenting the vehicle, the TIR carnet and the MRN at the office of destination.

Documents required in every case

  • Criminal record extract less than one month old — the applicant, the person responsible for or exercising control over the management, and the employee responsible for customs matters. (Natural person: from the municipal administration. Company: from the SPF Justice — the Belgian federal justice department — Central Criminal Records, together with the extract from the Moniteur belge recording the appointment.)
  • Waived if you are an AEO.
