Allows goods under transit to be received directly on your own premises, without presentation at the office of destination.

What the authorisation allows

Receiving the goods on your own premises, without presenting them at the office of destination. You may end the transit procedure, remove the seals and enter the results in the NCTS.

What you must supply

  • Annex Additional information ACE
  • The extract from the Moniteur belge recording the appointment, and a mandate where applicable

Documents required in every case

  • Criminal record extract less than one month old — the applicant, the person responsible for or exercising control over the management, and the employee responsible for customs matters. (Natural person: from the municipal administration. Company: from the SPF Justice — the Belgian federal justice department — Central Criminal Records, together with the extract from the Moniteur belge recording the appointment.)
  • Waived if you are an AEO.
