Authorises you to establish the proof of the customs status of Union goods yourself (T2L, T2LF, customs manifest).

Why it matters: it avoids having to obtain prior endorsement from customs.

What the authorisation allows

Issuing the proofs of customs status of Union goods yourself — T2L, T2LF or the customs manifest — without requesting endorsement or registration by customs.

What you must supply

• The extract from the Moniteur belge recording the appointment, and a mandate where applicable

Documents required in every case

• Criminal record extract less than one month old — the applicant, the person responsible for or exercising control over the management, and the employee responsible for customs matters. (Natural person: from the municipal administration. Company: from the SPF Justice — the Belgian federal justice department — Central Criminal Records, together with the extract from the Moniteur belge recording the appointment.)
• Waived if you are an AEO.
