Temporary admission TEA

Temporary importation of non-EU goods with total or partial relief from duties and taxes, for a defined use, before re-exportation unaltered.

Common uses: professional equipment, samples, goods intended for trade fairs or trials.

Conditions

The goods must remain in their original state: no processing, no alteration, no transformation. They must then be re-exported or placed under another procedure.

What you must supply

• Calculation of the debts where a comprehensive guarantee is used: CN code, value, quantity, type of duty, excise rates, average discharge period

Guarantee

Required, save for a few very specific exceptions.
