This authorisation does not go through a European portal: it follows a Belgian national procedure, before the AGD&A (the Belgian customs and excise administration).

Period of validity Illimitée, et uniquement sur le territoire belge

Legal basis: Art. 22 UCC

A decision of the administration on the method of determining the customs value applicable to given operations.

Why it matters: it settles a contestable valuation method in advance.

Holding an EORI number
Submitting a written application form, duly completed
Giving customs access to the books and documents allowing the activity to be checked
Providing complete and correct information
Being compliant with customs legislation

With the regional team responsible for customs authorisations. For a multi-Member State application: `da.ops.douane2@minfin.fed.be`.
