Allows goods to be placed under a transit procedure without presenting them at the office of departure.

What the authorisation allows

Placing goods under transit without presenting them at the office of departure. The authorised consignor draws up the declaration in the NCTS and enters the time limits, the itinerary and the seals.

Condition

The goods must remain under your supervision, on your premises, pending any control.

What you must supply

  • Annex Additional information ACR
  • A completed, dated and signed model undertaking where you use a third-party site (a terminal you do not own)
  • The extract from the Moniteur belge recording the appointment, and a mandate where applicable

Documents required in every case

  • Criminal record extract less than one month old — the applicant, the person responsible for or exercising control over the management, and the employee responsible for customs matters. (Natural person: from the municipal administration. Company: from the SPF Justice — the Belgian federal justice department — Central Criminal Records, together with the extract from the Moniteur belge recording the appointment.)
  • Waived if you are an AEO.
