What changes:

🔸 Eurofisc (the network of the 27 Member States and Norway combating cross-border VAT fraud) will now share reports with OLAF and EPPO on potential VAT fraud affecting the EU budget, and both bodies will be granted centralised access through a single-entry point to run targeted searches of VAT information for specific investigations.

🔸 From 2030: OLAF and EPPO gain centralised access to the VAT Information Exchange System (VIES), building on the Central Electronic System of Payment Information (CESOP), the payment-data access they already have under this regulation.
